Upgrade your Ford F-250 or F-350 with the Superlift 4" Basic Lift Kit. Designed for 4WD diesel models, this kit includes vehicle-specific coil springs to achieve a true 4-inch lift without compromising ride quality. Radius arm brackets maintain caster alignment, while an HD rear block replaces the stock block, improving axle angles and reducing axle wrap.
